BIM / Revit

At CiF we have embraced the concept of collaborative design. Using BIM (Building Information Modeling) has improved and enhanced our project communication at every level. Taking an idea from conceptual design in order to optimize a building’s performance, visualize a room’s layout and detect interferences at the design stage are key attributes of BIM.

CiF utilizes Revit® to produce modeling information for our scope of work. Using Revit, we produce our project submittals, communicate with our customers and prepare work orders for fabrication. By using Revit® we have streamlined the process to generate a bill of materials and input data into our manufacturing software.
