Project Summary
The Coast 9 Developer project consisted of a single-level research laboratory located in San Diego, California. This adaptable research space accommodates both micro and macro changes without downtime and costly reconfiguration expenses. Their “future proof” laboratory meets the needs of today’s tenant(s) while providing the owner with a reconfigurable space to suit future tenants. The white painted M-Line MDF casework delivered on the owner’s aesthetic preferences, providing a sleek “European” style finish.
