Toxics Reduction Act
Meeting Ontario’s T.R.A. Reporting Requirements
In 2009, the Government of Ontario introduced the Toxics Reduction Act “to prevent pollution and protect human health and the environment by reducing the use and creation of toxic substances.” (Section 1(a) of the Toxics Reduction Act, 2009).
As part of our commitment to transparency and regulatory compliance, CiF Lab Solutions provides an annual report on our Vaughan, Ontario facility. This report is available to both the public and our employees, ensuring accountability in our environmental efforts.
